There is a hand carrying double strap that secures via a leather double button pad. The strap is removable. It appears that there used to be a lining on the inside of the bag. There appears to just be old adhesive present now. The internal dimensions are approximately 10 1 2" x 8 1 2" x 6". The case would make a fantastic restoration
